1. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

Once an order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.

To cancel your order, please email us at info@saltandsip.com or WhatsApp us with your order ID within 12 hours of placing the order.
2. Returns & Replacements

Due to the perishable and personal use nature of our herbal products, we do not accept returns once the package seal is broken.

Exchanges and replacements will be delivered within 5-7 days.

We have 2 days return policy.

A replacement will be provided only if:

The product was damaged in transit.

You received an incorrect product.

The product was expired or defective at the time of delivery.

To claim a replacement, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear unboxing images/videos as proof.
3. Refunds

Refunds are approved only if a replacement is not possible (for example, product out of stock).

Once approved, refunds will be Credited to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
4. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds/replacements will not be applicable if:

The seal of the product is broken or the jar/pouch is used.

Damage is caused after delivery due to mishandling or improper storage.

You change your mind after opening the product.
