Shipping

• We deliver orders across India using reliable courier partners.

• Orders are usually dispatched within 1-2 working day after confirmation.

• Products will be delivered within 3-5 Days.

• Once shipped, we will share a tracking number via email/WhatsApp so you can track your order in real time.

• Shipping charges will not be apply on order value and delivery location (Delivery Free).

Returns & Replacements

• Due to the perishable and consumable nature of our herbal products, we do not accept returns once the jar/package seal is broken.

• Replacements are available only if:

  • The product is damaged during transit.

  • You receive the wrong item.

  • The product is expired upon delivery.

• To request a replacement, you must inform us within 48 hours of receiving the order and provide unboxing images/videos as proof.

Refunds

• Refunds will be issued only if replacement is not possible.

• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.

Cancellations

• Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
